After receiving your shipping confirmation email, you will get your package(s) within the day range of the shipping option you chose, however, typically it will be sooner.
After 4-6 weeks and the package(s) have still not arrived, please contact us immediately to get support regarding your order. This delay in receipt is primarily due to the carrier having “lost” your package(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent such rare occurrences from happening once the carriers take claim of the order since the package(s) are no longer in our possession.
